How to keep your BigBearAccount secure

Because you can log in using the same bigbearaccount to access all of our apps. We offer methods for you to secure your accounts. Using two-factor authentication, authentication logs, and other methods Send security emails to your account if someone attempts to login or does so.

You may access your account's security by opening one of our applications and scrolling all the way down to My Account. You can also access your account directly here: https://apps.bigbeartechworld.com/bigbearaccount

Change Password: The first security step is to change your password if necessary. If you want to be more secure, you can generate a password in your preferred password manager and then update your BigBearAccount password there.

Two Factor: When you enable this feature, you must use a Google Authenticator app or another app that supports Google's authentication two factor timing.

When you enable two factor authentication, save the recovery codes so that if you lose access to the Authenticator app, you can still access your BigBearAccount.

Authentication Log: This provides you with a history of who has accessed your account and where they have accessed it. If you see anything unusual, please open a chat with our support in the bottom right and we will assist you from there.
